tugging feeling in boobies n ribs! and q about bra

Is this a normal feeling?

And my nurse put on my macom,and singh came in after had a feel n said good choice of bra. So I take it I should keep it on but can I have a break from it for half hour?! Or what :S coz iv also read don’t wear one straight away!!
