turbulour nipples

sorry if ive spelt that wrong, but since doing my research for my breast augmationation. I ahve come across soemthing called tubulour nipples. i think i have them. i havnt seen my surgen set and my consuaktion lady hasnt seen them yet. but would this be an extra fee to put them right and if so how much?

has anyone had this and had them changed or just kept them and went ahead with the ba???
