Two procedures at once ?

I’ve seen it been done on botched so just thought I would try and find out ? I live very far from the nearest mya clinic about 800 miles ? and am seeking two surgeries, nose and breast, was wondering if two procedures in different areas can be done in one day as the traveling might cost quite a lot, thanks (:
