    Hi all my boobie buds

I am 19 days PO now and nothing got mentioned to me about massaging my boobs but I was wondering if any of you done it any way? I dont know if it will help majorly and my surgeon is impossible to get in touch with but my appointment to see him next isnt until march!

Also, i can feel my implant under my incision and its freaked me out to the point where I am so scared of getting double bubble! You cant see it tho. Can anyone feel their implant underneath? Im worried that its in the way of my boob dropping and forming an ‘underboob’ look!

Im turning into a crazy lady i think.

    Thanks in advance girls
    Xx

Well was told not to push down to up so if you take both hands as if you was picking up a Balloon with boths hand as if you was trying to pop it you would cup your one breast side to side and very gently push both hands towards each other like yiu was pumping up your breast x
