I look after my shoes and these uggs already have a hole at my big toe. The sole is perfect showing little wear. Will the shop replace them for me do you think? anyone? They cost me £175 I hoped they’d last for a year

No harm in trying hun worst they can do is say no they won’t replace them. Just try and persuade them that the hole happened through no fault of your own and you don’t feel they should have damged so quickly. Its worth a try xx

Haha holy uggs for sale!! Hahaha. Yes that’s what I thought uggs are hardy! My sister gets uggs all the time and she is hard on her shoes and always gets more than a year and never a holy toe! :-( I haven’t got a receipt but I have my bank statement that proves it

I’ve had a pair three yrs hun and only thing is the sole that has worn a bit nothing else!

Def take them bacl I’m sure there’s a garantee for yr xx

I tore my new uggs on the door, took them back to Bloomingdales (US, go there for work) and they exchanged them no quibble. Also know a girl who had her sole come apart after 6-9 months and she got an exchange. Go in and be really polite, and say how disappointed you are, that you have other pairs of UGGs for years with no bother. You’l be fine. Speak to a manager if not. Big department stores don’t care!! Good Luck!!

They replaced them with a slightly different one with a button. Mine were ankle and in sand colour I now have the chestnut with fur and a button. No quibbles and I just had to pay an extra 15 quid!!!! :) thanks for your help everyone xx

A bit off topic but when I went for my 1 week checkup I saw a kid in Paddington with his dad, he was I guess about 6, and he had shorts and t-shist on and a pair of Uggs, but they came up to his little knees and looked like he was off skiing! It made me laugh, he almost looked like he was wearing his mums boots!
