:( Hi ladies, had 340cc unders last fri with Mr Singh. After having had 2 Caesarians, thought I’d breeze the post op. But in considerable pain & tapes are so tight It hurts to breath.

They don’t feel like they belong to my body & I can hear squelching noises! eeek.

Keep bursting into tears for no reason too?

Also, have no idea what size I’ll be? Have athletic figure was 36aa before op.

Hope someone can reassure me with some of these questions? Cheers x

ohno sorry i cant really help but you sound like you need to be re asured. can you phone your surgeon/clinic????

i’m sure its just the lack of breast tissue and settling down.

i was warned i would be very swollen (next month-no booby tissue at all AA like yourself) and they would seem very unexpectedly strange due to NEVER having anything there.

    big happy cuddles

yes, have nurse help line to ring.

it does feel VERY strange due to never having any boobs at all!!!! i’m sure it will all settle down soon, guess i’m just impatient & can’t see what’s going on cos of swelling & bandages.

thanks anyway hun, & let me know how yours goes x

Dont worry I felt exaclty the same I had 2 c sections and a tummy tuck and stupidly thought this would be easier!! the first week after surgery I felt really rough and really tearfull but I promise it does get better. I am 5 weeks post op and feel completley back to normal apart from having sensitive nipples!!

    xx

    Hi nancy,

The first 7 days are the worst, and once you have had your tapes off you will feel so much better.

I had some blue days in the first week, and had one bad night full of regret about what i had done to my body.

but trust me it gets better hun and you will start to love your boobs and feel so glad you did it .

What pain relief are you taking ?

    Co-dydramol & diclofenac tablets + antibiotics.

Thanks to everyone for their help & advice, it’s reassuring to know I’m not alone, & this forum has been a great help.

Good luck to everyone with their BA :-)

The reason i asked was that the pain killers the they gave me at the hospital,

co-drydomol and tampril, made me feel worse in myself, on day four i switched to ibuprofen(200mg) and paracetomol, alternating and only taking when i needed to .i felt normal again the next day.

just a thought for you .xx
