Under girls and breast bands!

Is everyone who has unders supposed to use a breast band after surgery?

I wasn’t told to get one but the nurse who changed me into my bra after surgery yesterday looked a bit surprised when she asked about mine and I said I didn’t have one… !?

Depends on ur surgeon hun, mario Russo gives one to his patients x

Think there’s only Mario out of the MYA surgeons that gives the band xx

Yea I got one given . And its driving me mad . They ordered one for me at my pre op with the nurse xx

I had one sent thro post, it arrived the day before my op. finally took it off this morning! I have been so much more comfortable without it today. Think i will wear it for a few nights longer because its suppose to help push the implant nicely into the pocket xx

I was given one! They posted it to me, so uncomfortable tho i can’t really see what it does but I spose it must do something xxx

I had my ba yesterday and was given a breast band, Mr Russo told me to wear it for a week with no bra then a week of no bra and no band and then the bra for 4 weeks.

I’m alittle confused how Long should wear band for, as when I asked mario he just said wear it for a week then bra for rest of time, but some people on here said he’s suggested to wear it for two weeks? Do u think it depends on the individual? I can’t wait to get mine off x

Oh no i couldnt be doing with wearing no breast band AND no bra!?! Lol. He just said to me, 1 week breast band only then sports bra only after that. Altho the band was tight and uncomfortable, i kind of miss the support since i stopped wearing it tho, no pains under my right twin! xx
