Under muscle procedure (split muscle)

Saw my surgeon yesterday and told me he is doing under muscle procedure called ‘split muscle breast augmentation’, has anyone ever had this? He also doesn’t use drains or strapping, just a supportive macom bra he said will do the job. Any advice on muscle splitting procedure? Getting so nervous now xx

Hi I’m having surgery on 27th april not with mya ,, my surgeon suggested biplane split muscle I’m still deciding between 375cc or 400cc I told him I don’t want a big gap in the middle he said I couldn’t have overs and my skin isn’t think enough and I would see the implant and I don’t like the idea of unders because of the big gap some people have and with going to the gym they can move even further apart . Bi plane is most common in the USA xx
