Under or above the muscle???

Hey Im a little bit stuck….Im a 34A/small B and looking to have a breast enlargement. I seen a consultant at the Nuffield who said i should go under the muscle but then when I saw Mr Traynor at Mya he said over the muscle. I want them to look as natural as poss. Was just wondering if anyone could give any advice?? Im debating whether I should go and see another consultant for a third opinion xxx

Well I wanted a fake look and he offered me over 380-410 cc babe xx

All I can say is dr traynor offered me something COMPLETELY different to another surgeon won’t mention names as everyone has been gobsmacked at what I was offered by that surgeon haha.

Dr traynor is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! He will not let you look stupid and that’s why even though I was upset I still chose to go with him and I’m so pleased – unless your after a fake look he wont suggest it.

He likes to make everyone look natural so I can’t see why they wouldn’t look natural hun.

I had unders but I’m 5ft0 and weighed 5st8

Unders are done if you don’t have a lot of tissue on top – if I was able to have overs I prob would have

You have to remember unders are a more abrasive surgery

Although my recovery has been fantastic

Most people will agree its more painful for unders.

Just decided what you feel is best – but overs is a more popular procedure and it’s the cc of the implant

That will determine whether they look fake or not hun.

But I’d trust dr.t with my life he really is fab xxx

Yes everyonevsays trust him and my boyfriend isn’t keen on my BA and mr traynor was straight to the point which was nice x

Hin mr traynor is a legend he knows what he is doing he gavr me very natural bokbs and I had absolutely nothing!! It is a complete myth that overs always give the fake look!

They do give the fake look if u have very very little breast tissue as u will see implant!

Trust mr traynor he specialises in natural x

I WANTED mine to look fake! and they dont lol its kinda hard to get the fake look! u have to get MASSIVE ccs to get that katie price look! or be really underweigh like victoria beckham x x

I’m so glad I went for Dr Traynor after hearing what everyone says about him haha, even if he is a little.. abrupt? In a nice way though xxx

i had overs and wanted the fake look i had hardly any breast tissue or body fat, i was convinced mine would look fake but they dont, i was a bit gutted lol xx
