under or over muscle???

I went for my consulatation yesterday and was advised that i could get my 380 implants done over the muscle, i always thought it woz better under?? can anyone help as my op is in a week and rather worried

Can be either over or under. If you have enough breast tissue, you can have overs. I am having overs next week x

yh thts wot he said i have enough breast tissue for it, just cause u always hear under is better. wot size r u getting and wot size were u b4? xxx

I was worried about this too as I was always told unders look more natural, but ive been told overs for me. But apparently its diff for everyone, overs heal quicker apparently too xx

I think I’m gonna go with Mr Fallahdar. I didn’t feel comfortable with the first surgeon I saw. So don’t know what I’m having for deffo yet. Tried on 580cc at my sizer session and liked that size, but they said will be bigger with the actual implant so I’m thinking 525cc from 34b xx

I had 300 overs on Tues, at first I also thought I wanted understand to look more natural etc but once I had spoke to 2 surgeons and they both recommended I have overs I realised it was best to have overs if you are given that option! Generally you have understand if you don’t have enough breast tissue or if you have thin skin….heeling time is much better with overs xx

kirsten! hope u dont mind i have added u! ive been offered overs and i did really think i wud be given unders…. i dont want them to look like really false and stuck on!! im with mr singh! although i do trust in what he is saying xxx

i wanted to be a DD in clothes – he suggested 410 in my smaller breast and 380 in the bigger, if he doesnt feel they match up he will go for 380cc and a 340cc …. but i prefered the 410 and 380!! was quite surprised he said overs, but he said he doesnt think my muscle will be able to support that big an implant! he did explain that rippling could be an issue but if i have good supportive bras this will help combat this xxx
