    Hi, I am just researching BA and will be booking my consultation soon 😀
    could anyone tell me what the difference is between overs and unders? pros and cons?

    Hi, as far as I’m aware it all depends on your chest wall and measurements as to what is offered by the surgeon. Under the muscle is more for girls with less breast tissue to start with, can be painful but depends on each individual, pain threshold etc. It can be a longer recovery which is understandable because the implant has gone under the muscle. Or if you want a more natural look. Over the muscle the recovery can be quicker and tends to be for people with more breast tissue to start with. There’s partially under the muscle as well, but some people say partial and under is the same thing x
