under or over muscle??!

is it better to get BA under the muscle? i know it hurts more but probably worth it?

Your surgeon will decide which will best for you hun. I had unders cos I don’t have much breast tissue, thats what my surgeon recommended for me. If i’d of had overs, you would be able to see the outline of the implant. Its always best to go with what your surgeon decides, they know best!

I wasn’t really in pain as such, its more discomfort than anything. You will be suprised! It wasn’t half as bad as I thought it was going to be and I’m sure most of the girls on here would agree. xx

Indeed Lizzie I agree!!! .. had unders 9 days ago and cant believe how bearable its been .. I felt worse for taking the medication! Had my stitches removed yesterday and all is gooood

I had hardly any breast tissue but still would of wanted unders because they’re more natural looking x

How have u been since yr op?

I have been fine – had hardly any pain at all…. didn’t take any painkillers apart from on the wed after the op since then I’ve had no pain at all really…. How are yrs settling? I went yesterday to have my dressings taken off and my scars are tiny…. got steri strip on now but the nurse said I can have take them off and have a shower from Sunday…. ROLL ON SUNDAY!!!! lol…. Not being able to have a proper shower has done my head in and washing my hair over the bath is a pain in the a**e lol…

i had unders went home shavedd me legs put fake tan on day after i was hovering day after got me 3kids under 5 back i was expecting to be on my death bed lol so wasnt xxx

Hi H … I’m all good thanks. Recovered much better than I exected .. I’d do it again if I had too lol. Agree very minimal pain and NO bruises at all

Been bit pissed off cos I couldnt peg washing out or mop floors but apart from that I’m amazed how quick time has gone.

Had my stitches out wed, scars are really neat (got a picture of them straight away lol) got bit of a rash under my scars from the plasters which itches like a bitch (grrrr)and same as you with the steri strips on til sunday .. I’m having the deepest bath ever pmsl

My boobies are softening nicely .. the left quicker than the right and I cant wait for them to drop and meet in the middle a bit more lol .. got a gap instead of a cleavage at the mo! are yours the same?? x x

I was laffin when i read your post about having the deepest bath ever, i am so fed up of having shallow baths, cant wait for a good shower or a long soak in the bath. It’s driving me mad, feel like a right idiot sat in a puddle trying to wash!!!

Yeah mine are exactly the same…. more of a gap than anything but they’ll come closer in time…. hopefully lol….

as for the bath/showers… she told me to wait till Sun to take the steri strips off but by Friday i’d had a guts full so took them off and had a shower….. it was lovely lol…..

hmm, i didnt get the choice as the size of the implant was too large to be fitted over the muscle so i had to have it under… just ask ur surgeon, im sure he will advise u as to what is best xx
