Under or Over?

Hi girls,

I have had 2 consultations this weekend and 1 surgeon said to have my implants under the muscle and the other said over so now I am really confused so could you tell me what you have had done and why you were told to do it that way please? I have got my consultation with MYA on Thursday so will have a third opinion then

I think it depends on the amount of breast tissue u have, the surgeon’s recommendation, what size implants you are going for & the look u want 2 achieve. I am 34a, 5″7 and 9st4 and want a natural look, so Mr Kazzazi said 320 low profile inder muscle. Said I did have enough breast 2 go over but he thought under wld look better.
Make sure surgeon knows what look u want. If small breasts ie a-cup now, the often go under so u can’t see outline of implant. Hope this helps & I’m sure other girls will have different ideas 2. Xx

Hi wrightha, im in the same dilema.. but from what most people have told me.. u get a slightly more natural look with implants that are under the muscle {due to the implant being flattened slightly by the muscle and coverd with the muscle} but i have seen a couple of natural looking overs {but often only upto size of 380cc} anything over this to me doesnt look so natural in overs.. but stil looks good. it just depends on how natural you want hun.. you wil decide for yourself, but look at plenty of pics to allow you to do this x which surgeon said under and which said over out of interest.. coz i have the same lol..

hi i had unders as not much breast tissue, but you find it is a more natural look, im glad i had unders

Hi i had overs 5 days ago and r starting 2 look natural already, cus if u got enough breast tissue in the first place then overs r fine cus the breast tissue covers the implant, mine are already softening and dropping etc. So i would go with the surgeon on this one really xx

Hi adele, im seeing Mr Kazzazi in 2 weeks and would prefer unders but am a 34C now {but a very small c} and im looking to have something inbetween 410 – 460.. have you any pics i could see of yours to give me an idea of how they might look as unders please hun..

i had overs clevage is fab n they look very natural:)

i had unders and an uplift 10 weeks ago, and my boobs push together for a killer cleavage now
