under or overs does it make a difference to the size?

Can you explain does a 410cc over look the same on someone as a 410cc under. I’ve been recommended 410cc or 460cc overs but just want to check that overs wouldn’t make me look massive as I’m ideally after a d or dd cup. I’ve initially said I want 460cc but tempted to go for the smaller that he mostly recommended. Please help I’ve only got 2 weeks and a day. xx

Unders do make size slightly smaller as the muscle is pushing them down!but unders do gradually get a bit bigger as time goes on due to the muscle relaxing!I’d go for bigger size as I had 410 partial unders, I’m size 6 and was 32a before and although I measure at a 30f now they dnt look any bigger than a d/dd as implants look smaller than ‘real’ boobs!trusat your surgeon with what size they suggest as they are the experts and are paid to give u the results you want!what size are you now?xx

410 unders come up roughly the same size as 380 overs. You lose 10-15% under the muscle x
