Under or overs for natural look?

I am currently a small 34b (bras mostly a cup), weigh just over 9 stone, height 5″5, size 10 top and 12 bottom. My boobs are quite round and plump so i think i have a decent amount of breast tissue.

I want a nice D cup, not massive, but certainly not small enough to go unnoticed! I want natural as possible, NO horrible gap down the middle which just screams FAKE!

I have heard that unders give that horrible gap, as the implannts are placed further apart. But was also told that unders have less chance of rippling.

Was thinking of 380cc?

Im having 410 or 460 unders with Mr K, looking natural was my biggest priority when I saw him. I am also a 34b, 5’6″ just over 9st too.

If you explain to him what look you want, he will recommend what’s best hun..tell him your concern about a gap in the middle and I’m sure he’ll put your mind at rest. He’s done thousands of ops and specialises in breast reconstruction i think.

Ive known him to do overs although from what Ive seen on here, he prefers to do unders (probably cos he’s known as one of the best surgeons to give you a natural look!) There’s a few girls on here that had overs done with Mr K…Sara11 and I think Jayne182 did too.

If you have the gap in the middle now, u will still have it after, your boobs just get bigger than what they are now…Im the same size as you, and had 410cc high profile overs. feel free to look at my pictures. I do have a bit of a gap in the middle, but bras will fix that when i can wear them. I reakon i will be a D or DD maximum, but they are not big at all,xx

If u have the gap now ul still have the gap.

I have a gap and mine dont look horrible and fake!!!

I think mine look really real infact tooo natural!!

Also some overs can look very fake and pushed together and round.

Listen to ur surgeon he/she will know what to do for the luck u want.

lol thanx hun, im wearing a 34D bra atm, but im jus a tiny lil thing, only 5ft, n a size 6, so i think any size wuda looked mahoosive on me lol, id bought myself a gel bra from peacocks lol i love it lol i still have 4 weeks to go til my 6 week check lol bad me xx

hey new boobies i just had 380 overs on tuesday so 4 days post op.

i was a small b/a before and am now wearing a very tight D sports bra. u can have a look at my pix if you want. i will try and get some more up as the pix r from day 1. mine are not swollen at all, they just need to get round and drop as they are still solid and cone shaped lol. i am expecting them to remain a D as i was told i would achieve a d/dd from the 380s on my frame xx
