Under or Overs…what is better for someone with quite a bony chest?

I have been offered both unders & overs by 2 different surgeons. Both pointed out that I have quite a bony chest so I am now really worried I am going to have this large bony gap in between! I cant stop thinking about it & worrying 😥

anyone else have this who has had a BA? xxx

Hun, if you already have a gap between your boobs, this won’t change…

I’m quite bony too. I’m having unders. I was given the choice but the surgeon recommended unders for me as I want a more natural look…

I don’t think overs or unders will make a difference to having a bony chest… unerds for natural, overs for fake xx

See everyone says unders natural over fake I had overs 260cc (from 28AA) no1 would of ever known I had a boob job it was sooo natural even now 700cc overs they still look big but natural because they sit more natural where as my friends fam who have had unders look fake and want mine lol because under muscles very ridged and stay more round if you get me? I have a pic if you’d like see new boobs not sure alout old ones I’ll look for you x

im a 34c and having 460 unders hun… i have a large gap between mine, surgeon said thats tough basically lol.

But after the op, when they soften they will push together xx

what size did the 260’s take you to cocolove? is it ok to add you?

I am currently a 32a, going to go with mario russo who said unders but he said he’ll either use 300/340/380. I really dont want 300, think they might be too small. Id be happy with 340 but would obviously prefer the 380’s but whatever he uses I hope they’ll look natural as possible. I might have the responsives, havent decided yet xxx

From what I’ve seen on here I totally agree with Cocolove… some of the overs on here are the most natural looking suppose it depends on how much breast tissue you already have and what you’ve got to work with! x

Hi sweet course u can add me! I’ll look later for some old pics of old boobs but I’m 6 days post op from new ones! I’d say I looked a full B small C but bare in mind I was tiny I actually had my 1st overs aswell! I would definitelysay go as big as your offered because ones they are in they do look abit smaller x

It completely depends on the person I think, Mario Russo was going to give me overs, but I didn’t like him andway so asked to see other surgeons lol… But apparently at my consultation with him, he thought I wanted big round footballs stuck to my chest like Pamela Anderson lol, even though I had said numerous times “natural as possible!”

When I saw Mr Fallahdar last week, he said he’d written me for unders, but do I want overs, so I just said whatever will look more natural and he said well that’s unders then.

But they both told me that the gap between my boobs will stay, nothing they can do about it. xx

my appointment with mario felt really rushed! I also saw Mr C but was put off when he offered me 300 LP overs, maybe I shouldnt have been. Thats strange that he thought you wanted pamela anderson boobs, makes you wonder if hs was even listening to you! Its all so confusing. I have my pre-op next thursday, im going to make sure i dont leave without all my questions being answered this time! x

Thats what mine was like with him hun, put me right off, he didn’t show me an implant or explain anything about the operation, didnt even tell me unders or overs or what implants he was planning on using! I literally came out of there just as clueless as when I went in! Immeadiately I asked to see someone else…

Mr Russo is an amazing surgeon though – don’t let my opinions put you off lol!!

I’m going with Mr Fallahdar, he did my friends BA, and at my first consultation with him he made me feel so comfortable, there were no questions unanswered. And I had a second consulation with him last week. xx

Well like I said 28AA I had no boobs I was a small boy! No1 ever guessed I had a boob job with my 260cc (700cc different matter lol) but yeh really have chat with surgeons etc sweet x

ive been told i have to have unders as i dont have enough tissue to have overs and you would see the implant i guess just trust ur surgeon When are you getting them done hun?x

Hello… I had exactly the same advice as chloewilki too. The surgeon said that if I had overs the implant would be clearly visible due to lack of tissue and fat and I would have obvious rippling when I moved. My unders really look great so it was the right decision, but it has been very painful esp the first two weeks post op. Feeling good though now 4 weeks post op. Good luck!
