under the muscle?

anyone had under the muscle implants? if so have you got any pics or info am wanting to go to about an F and am a 32C now but wanting them to look fake but not sure if they will look to natural with under the muscle?

I had 460 unders, they tend to look more natural under the muscle so you may want to consider going over the muscle. Best to talk to your PC or surgeon x
