Sorry to be a pain, but what is mastitis?? x
Some people get it after or during breastfeeding its when there milk ducts get blocked and or infected xx

oh I see! thanks xx
to be very honest, i had mastitis and it was mild compard to the feeling after unders!! would love to tell you different! its not so much painful but very uncomfortable and restrictive! xx
I thought unders were worse, but only because you cant move your arms or twist your body at all – that’s where the pain comes from really. My guess is that overs probably feel like mastitis, I had unders though so I’m just guessing
xx
I had unders yesterday and no amount of pain killers I’ve taken has eased the pain! I’d assume overs don’t hurt near as much as the nmuscle isn’t stretched and tight x
Yeaa I have had overs and just the feeling of my boobs being full and sore nipples when breastfeeding was harder than this, it really has been soo easy and reading this has made me realise there is q bigger difference pain wise with overs n unders than I thought! Xx
Hey hun, I had unders on Tuesday and not had any pain at all kinda feel like I worked my upper body a lil too hard at the gym but that’s it! I feel like I shud of had at least sum pain lol but nothing
everyone is different babe so u won’t know how much it will hurt or not hurt till it’s done! Wish u luck that ur like me And have none
xx
I had overs too, I found I recovered great and never had any real pain, just soreness and a bit achey sometimes. I would agree that unders seem to be more painful/more time to recover.
