    Hey girls,

Mr traynor recommended overs for me even though im a small 34B, and il either be having 460 or 525 implants. This sounds silly but im worrid that a quite a large implant going over the muscle with leave me with saggy breasts in a couple of years time? Traynor said i can have unders if i want but he recommends overs.. so confused please help! Do you think they’ll sag quick? I dont want to look like iv got stuck on breasts but i do want good firm breast for years to come if im paying for them! x

    Hi lola,

I used to think that having unders would make them more firm after a number of years (I thought a toned pec muscle would act as a supporting bra!). My surgeon laughed at this when I asked her and said no they’ll be the same xxx

The bigger you go though, the quicker they will sag just from the weight xx

would you class 460/525 large? and do you think they’d sag as quick and in the same way as natural breasts? Im just turnings 20 and dont want to end up with boobs down to my knees! x

I think they are wuite large huni. Have a look at the group for people with 525s and add them as a friend…they are rather large! xx

I think 525s are very large on a 34b frame. My PC was that frame pre op and had 450s (or there abouts) which took her to a GG cup!!

iv seen alot of girls have them with a lower height or dress size than me though and they love them.. also i dont understand cup size really, iv tried working out a theory as to what will give a certain cupsize, but iv noticed on here a 360 can take an A cup to an E cup, but so to can 525’s on someone who started with a B. Its sooooooo confusing! x
