Unders 380 cc anatomical UHP Polytech

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anybody knows how polytech anatomical implants change over weeks post operation? I had mine done 2 weeks ago and after swelling was gone, they got much smaller. They were placed under the muscle. Can they still get any bigger?
