unders

can you have unders for a more natural look even if you have plenty of skin for overs or is it just for those who are small to begin with? i have also read you can have parcial or full unders, does this also depend on breast tissue?

i want to look as natural as possible and have heard that unders are the best look

Hey!all ‘unders’ are partial unders..think full unders and only rarely done in reconstrusction work..this confused me for ages coz some surgeons call it ‘dual plane’ but if ur surgeon offers unders it’ll be partials!+ve got loose skin from bfeeding so ive been told by 1 guy it would need to be overs to fill it,but 2 other surgeons told me im too thin for overs,you would see the edge of implant and rippling easily so it would defo be unders,which im happy about coz aswell ass a more natural look thers less interferance with mamograms and less chance of rippling etc…if u want a natural look ask for unders..it will give the breast more of a sloap than a round look from the side xx

i have a lot of loose skin to from bfeeding two children but i think i will need an uplift so they would take the excess skin away im asuming, with parcial unders would you be able to feel the implant? are you having normal or anatomical implants? x

Yes you can hun. I was offered both but went for unders x

claire has hit the nail on the head. i have been stressing this for months that girls who say they have unders actually have partials as claire said unders are only for reconstructive or gender change surgery.

our implants can be felt at the bottom of the boob, where as full unders you would not feel at all as they are under all 3 muscle parts. ours are under the first.

i would personally go with what my surgeon advises. i would make sure i tell them exactly the look u want hun and then its upto them to tell u what will be most natural. i didnt have a choice as i was flatter than an 8yr old haha xxx
