unders and overs!?!?

Has anyone heard or has anyone HAD both unders and overs? I saw another surgeon at Transform to get a 2nd opinion on sizes (although i already knew i am going with mya as i paid the deposit the other day and have the op booked!), and the surgeon there said that he would do it under the muscle on top of my boob as they have dropped slightly, and over on the bottom as there is enough skin to fill. I havent heard of anyone having this on here…? I did not like him at all! He didnt seem like he knew what he was talking about!

most girls who say they have unders actually have partials, its where the muscle covers the top of the implant but not the bottom and u can feel the implant at the bottom of ur boob,

most surgeons just say unders/overs. however the unders we get are partials cos full unders which are placed right under the chest muscle, are only used in reconstructive or gender changing surgery. this is where the implant is fully covered. full unders take a lot longer than the 6wk recovery and also a lot longer than a 45min op. many girls get unders and partials confused because of the surgeons not explaining it fully.

we have the implants placed under the first layer of muscle (3 layers)

Ahh right thanks. But Dr Traynor didnt even mention to me that they have dropped or anything. I mean i knew they are a little empty at the top since pregnancy but nothing mayjor i dont think. And Dr traynor also said that i would have overs. So now i am worried! This surgeon at transform said fully overs on my boobs would look awful and like bowls on my chest! He also said that you would be able to see the outline of the implant and it would ripple :S. I am worried now as dr traynor didnt meation any of this and seemed confident that i could have 380s over! :S Should i just trust him? I mean he wouldnt put it in me if they would come out like that would he?! xx

trust the surgeon hun, or book another appointment to go and see him and express your concern hun xx

I feel like shit geordie I am so worried now. I have been looking at some pics of rippling aswell and some of those girls didnt even go that big, i dont want that happening to me! Yeah i might ask to go and see him again xxx

Honestly it depends on everything. I didbr look as it scares the he’ll outta me. I’d say meet him again get him to explain it more take a few questions. Your paying alot. It’s your choice n you need to make the right choice xx

Its horrible. I will speak to my pc about it and try and get to speak to him again. I am not having second thoughts on this whole thing. And i have already payed the deposit . xxx

You’ll be fine once you see him again and express your concern! Honestly that’s what they are all there for! To help you make the right choice. I was having second thoughts up until my op. But so pleased now although the itching is driving me insane xx

Yeh exactly. He knows his stuff hun!! I’m doing good I think not much pain just itchiness which is a nightmare lol but I’ve slept well haven’t taken painkillers I’m surprised thanks xx

hi i’am the same i always thought under the muscle is better and my surgen ben chew has recomended over the muscle! im also really worried as dnt want them 2 look tuck on!! i have arranged a phone call consol from him on wed as im really worried also my cousin had 410 undes and they look amazing now has made me wonder eve more!!
