Unders, how long after have you been able to lift normally?

I’m a bespoke baker and allowed myself a month off to recover as a lot of lifting and everything requires me to be able to move my arms obviously.

Just wondering how soon after ladies with unders have been able to lift items as normal?

I’m wondering the same. My 3 year old still goes in a stroller and Im not sure when I can start pushing the buggy again xx
