unders or overs????

From everyone’s comment, hv noticed Dr k prefares unders, whilst Dr Adamo prefares Overs, and its got me thinkin, do they recoomend based on what they are good at, or based on what is good for the client.? wat do u ladies think

I had 260ss Evie and my surgeon said unders for a natural and overs if i wanted them to be more prominent, but i guess your surgeon knows best xxx

Evie I think it all depends on the size of your implants… 260 and 280 are quite small so I think you should be able to get away with overs whereas if you were to have a bigger implant to create a natural look unders would be the best… ask Mr Adamo I heard he’s fantastic x

I am a 32a and have been advised by Mr Adamo to have 260 or 280 overs. I dont have much breast tissue at all and stressed the fact that looking natural was very important to me and he said overs would be best?!

My op is next week do you think I should request unders? Everyone seems to think that if you don’t have much breast tissue unders are the best way to go.

Hi girls I’m a newbie to all of this but for days now I’ve been reading the discussions and I have to say I’m confused with all this unders and overs. Also not sure if I want them to look really natural or fake. I’ve got my consultation with the surgeon 21st may in Cardiff but I would like to go with an idea of what I want. I’m 5’4″ a large 12 (but still dieting) and currently a 34b. I’m going to speak to him about lipo as well. I’m seeing Mr Fallahdar. A little bit about me I’m 37, married to someone 12 years younger then me and have 4 children (12,11,3 and 2), so I don’t need him to talk to me about breast feeding etc cos definitely no more kids for me. Now I just have to worry about the cost as I’m a full time student (once again), I’ll have to be extra nice to hubby lol. Anyway any help will be gratfully received.

I would trust mr kazzazi if he recommended 525. he’s a pro. i thought 460 was big for me( im only 5’2 size cos everyone on here seems to get 380 or 410. I was even going to request smaller but im so glad i didn’t they are perfect x

hi, jilly, that sounds like it will take you to dd – e, i was a 34c and had 380cc overs and wearing both 34dd and 34e sports bras, they both seem to fit. xx

I’m going with Mr Kazzazi on 4th June. I’m currently a 36 a/b and he’s recommended I have 525cc under which should take me to a 36 DD. With all the stuff I’m reading on here now I’m thinking that the 525cc will take me to more than a DD? What do you think ladies? x

i had mr kazzazi and he is fab and did exactly what i wanted got the size spot on. i could have had overs but wanted unders as i wanted natural. i was 32b/small c and had 460 to get dd/e x

HI All, I have been advised to have unders 380s with Dr Kazzaki and 340 or 380 overs with Mr Adamo. Anyone had either surgeon and know which size I should go for if I am 32b and want a big C. Anyone know if unders or overs are better?? please help Ba is on 21sy July?

When you see your surgeon he will tell you what will work for you, ie unders or overs. I was told not to get hung up on the whole overs and unders thing as every bodys body is different and overs look fake on some and not others it all depends on your stats and your boobs at present. Ive had a baby and lost alot of weight so i had enough breast tissue to have overs and they dont look that fake at all.
Just let you surgeon know exactly what you would like and hope to expect and he will tell you what will work for you.

Hi spm, unders are where the implant is placed under the muscle in the chest wall and overs are where the implant is place on top of the muscle. You don’t need to worry as your surgeon will recommend which one based on how much existing breast tissue you have. Generally they give you unders if you haven’t got much breast tissue as the muscle helps to hide the shape of the implant. The natural or fake look is your decision and will be based on the size of the implant. I was an A cup and wanted a DD so had 410cc implants and am now measuring a FF. This sounds huge but they look really natural and suit my frame even though they are large x x x
