Unders or Overs?? 380cc or 410cc?? HELP

Hello girlies,

Can anyone offer any advice as to whether I should go for unders or overs and which size should I go with 380 or 410??

What would be the differences between the unders or overs? And is there much difference between implant sizes?? Any pictures anyone could share would be really helpful.

Oh and I’m 5ft 4, 8 1/2 stone, size 8 and I’m hoping for a full D/small DD. xxx

What size are you to start with hun? There’s so many of us at the min that can’t decide between 380 n 410 lol X

Lol I’m in the same boat… cannot decide between 380 or 410…

I am 5’6/7” currently a small 32B, size 6/8 top and bottom, weigh around 8 stone.

Saw Dr Singh on Monday, I chose the 380 first, but now can’t actually decide which one I’d rather have… apparently you lose around 6% of the implant, which would mean that the 410 would be roughly the same size as the 380cc implant when outside of the body. I have no idea whether than is true or not, but I’ve heard that implants are always smaller in your body than outside.

Don’t want the to be to big but don’t want them to be to small!!

I also saw Mr Singh Monday, and he offered me 380cc or 410cc overs. He said the 410cc would look like the 380cc once inside.

hi charlotte, i had choice of 380 overs or 410 unders.

i choose overs and i preffered the look as i think they take shape and drop easier, you also get a better cleveage and the heal quicker. but only get overs if ur surgeon thinks u have enough spare breast tissue.

i was a 32b, im 5,2, 9 stone and a size 8-10 and i now look a d/dd with 380 overs.

u will loose 10-15% of they size with unders and the muscle restricts them x

I met with Mr Kazzazi on Saturday and have been given the choice of 380 or 410 unders. From speaking to the girls on here, Im swaying towards the 410’s as like what Sara said you lose some size with the implant going under the muscle. x

I think maybe I will choose the 410cc… but I’m not entirely sure whether Dr Singh would want to do them as unders or overs? As I chose the 380cc implant whilst in front of him, he only told me what he’d do with that size…

Ahhh I hope my PC calls me up early-ish today to tell me the August dates!! I want to know now… and get it booked booked booked!!

We’ll have to have a 410 club! Lol

Yhe hun love them. Was a bit dissapoined at first but now they have seemed to grow and keep growng!! They are perfect for my body. Dont get me wrong if i was offered bigger id probs have gone bigger. But very happy with my little 380s xx

In a way i wished i was only offered one size. He did say 380’s first so i do think that obviously that is what he thinks will look best, but when he held it up against me he said also the 410’s would be fine. x x

no prob joanne, add me if u dont already have me. he only suggested 380 over for me, then he said if u want bigger i will put 410 under the muscle but i wanted overs so stuck with 380. wish i pushed for 410 overs now tho x

I would go that little bit bigger joanne. Its nothing. If ur having cuis its about 0.4cms difference in projection hun its not even hald a cup size xx

Hey, I had the 410 overs and i am really happy with the result, everyone is different i know, so you should trust your surgeon, but they do look a bit smaller when in and smaller under clothes xx good luck to everyone still waiting xx

Hi Fairy i’m considering unders now instead of overs & would just like to compare pics! ur stats are similar to mine and was thinking about 350 / 380 unders, do u mind if i add u to have a peek at ur pics pls??
