unders or overs???

hey girlies im new on here and just wanted to know whats the best way to go? under the muscle or over?! :$ whats the difference. thanx xx

It depends on what size you are to begin with, because if you don’t have enough breast tissue the surgeon will have to do unders, which is under the muscle in your breast. Overs is where the implant is placed over the muscle inside your breast. There are disadvantages and advantages to both! Overs I’ve heard heal quicker as the muscle isn’t pressing on the implant. I think it depends on your body shape and what kind of look you want to achieve! hope this helps i’m sure lots of other girls will reply with a better explanation lol xx

thank you!! well im a size 8 and a b\c cup,wanting to go to a D or DD. but dont want them to look really big and fake! lol does unders give a more natural look? xx

I’m a size 8 too and currently a 32b. I think it just depends on how big you want to go (i’m hoping to be a D post-op as well!). I am hoping for overs purely because I don’t want to be away from the gym for six weeks haha but will go with whatever my surgeon suggests. Unders might be more perky as the muscle is holding them in place but I’ve seen pictures of both overs and unders that look amazing and natural! xx

April 13th it has come round SO fast! Can’t believe it’s just over three weeks away! Am definitely not prepared haha but I haven’t had my pre-op yet so I think after I’ve had that I’ll feel like it’s more real! xx
