Booked in for my initial consultation in just over a week but wonder what general views are on unders vs overs?
From my research to date I’d personally prefer overs; can personal preference influence the final decision of the surgeon?
My choice of overs is based on quicker, less painful, recovery and that I do a lot of weights and lift heavy on bench press/flys etc and dont want to stop doing this long term. Any other girls workout hard and whats your experiences?
    Thanks.

Hey I had the same dilema, my surgeon assures me with partials I will be able to resume training like normal although I may choose to indirectly work chest for a fair few months until I feel comfortable doing so. He said that under the muslce you will be more likely to cause a rupture… Best to ask the surgeon on this, with overs it does depends how much breast tissue you have I think… Here’s hoping I can get back to where I was and then stronger! Overs are less painful however I havent had much pain thankfully throughout my first week and a half but still have to take it easy until 4-6 weeks! It is killing me though! Hope this helps… Kind of 🙂 x

It’s usually your surgeon that chooses on placement of implants, and there are few girls iv seen that have made their surgeon change their mind xx
