Underwired bra at 4 and a half weeks?

Hey girls got a lovely little dress to wear for new years but really don’t want to be wearing a horrible sports bra with it, I’ll be 4 and a half weeks post op could I risk wearing a nice underwired bra just for that one night or not wear a bra at all? Xxx

Don’t wear a bra some people wear a bra that’s not underwired but isn’t a sports bra and surgeons have said its okxx

I got quite a nice non underwired bra in M&S, but if it’s a choice between underwired or no bra def wear no bra. I saw Mr Singh today and he said no underwire for 6 weeks at least but wait longer if I could, they could do more samage to your scars than a few hours without support x

Ok thanks a lot will just not wear a bra then don’t want to be damaging my new boobies xx

Hey guys! I just thought Id share!! – Im 6 weekd po and ive been wearing an underwired bra frm the opperation!! – Instructions from my surgeon!! I thought it strange as all u hear is sports bras but he insisted I bring a few different sized underwired bras with me to hispital and to wear them 24hrs a day for the first 3 mths! – Ive been doing that and im fine and my scars are disapearing nicely tbh!!

– Do what u feel comfortable doing……even thought I know sports bras are ok, id feel weird wearing one because ive only known underwire through my healing process!! Xoxo

Don’t wear a bra! One night won’t harm u xx

mr a says you can wear an underwired bra aslong as not all day so for a night out is fine! he also says no rules as to constantly wearing/not wearing bra the rest of the time! diff surgeons have diff rules but weve all had the same op so whatever u decide to do u will be fine! it is one night just make sure ur comfy before u go out xxxx

Iv only worn a bra 3times since i had my opp mr Adamo said i didnt need to and i havent my boobs are perfect healed well dropped well and well are just amazing lol – it was my 21st last week and i didnt wear a bra other then the hard nipples (taat you couldnt notice) i was fine xx

hey there well i have a tip i took the wire out my bra and i put it in now i can wear them !

im 4 weeks po and my surgeon ben chew told me i coould wear an underwire bra at 3 weeks po bt i wear my sports bra when im home untill 6 weeks x

Ive worn underwired from 4 weeks for the odd days at least twice a week. Always put my macom on at night n still do but now 8 weeks po and im in them all day every day x
