Unhappy Bunny!! MRSA Swaps..can anyone help?

So I’m booked to have my BA on the 15th May (THIS SUNDAY!!). My pre-op nurse tells me this Monday that I need to have MRSA swaps done because I work in an elderly care home. I am soo nervous that my op is going to be cancelled on Sunday if my results come back positive . Surely its not healthy for me to be panicking about this so close to my surgery day, why couldn’t mya have swabbed me when I paid my deposit, they’ve always know the line of work I do…

Has anyone experienced anything similar?xx
