unhappy with the mya service!!

Gt my op on thursday and if wanted to back out so many times and go with someone else …I’ve always bigged up mya cuz they were good at first but soon as I paid…..nothing they jus don’t wanna no…oo actually I nearly refused to pay at the beginning as they rang me 10 tomes a day n wen ever I said to not ring me cuz I’m in work they rang me anyway …I spoke with a lad who said he wud put it on the notes to ring me after work n within an hours time they were ringin again..i spoke with the manager which then saw ow many times they rang me n apologised which I appreciated and said no worries n left it at that….I paid money n I’ve felt ever since my pc just doesn’t reply and if she does it days later …before i Paid she txt me straight away…she was lovely but for eg las night I rele needed to n whether I cud take paracetamol as I had stomach ache and I’ve still not heard anything so I had to write on this forum so the mya mod have helped me out more than my pc has…ino m pc is a busy lady but seein as I’ve spent 4000 u wud think I’d get a reply within a least a day. I spoke to a nurse thanx to mya mod so thankyou for tht I jus thort tht m pc wud respond bit better. I’ve also gt A lil sniffle today so if Im Ill then Its prob down to the stress of the whole situation n worrying as I didn’t even no who to ring I’ve had no call off any1 like a nurse or pc I had to ring them n. didn’t even no who to ask for…..left in the lurch rele…pretty much can guarantee something will go wrong with my op on Thursday as its jus nt as plain sailing as I thort it wud b.

Tbh I’m annoyed same really always texted me n rang till I paid but it took 6weeks to receive my paperwork, then I didn’t get my admission time when a few girls on the same day n hositpal did ? So I text my pc didn’t reply so I went to mya mod n she looked into it! N then she text me a day later telling me n then at the end I’ll need to speak to u before?? Why cudnt she say then ? And I’ve tired getting hold of her today. Nothing!! If thus messes up next Wednesday I’ll flip. There so friendly just feel like I’ve been forgotten n had to keep on top. N now this morning I’m kind if angry

I feel the same hun I haven’t heard off my pc for ages n only hear off her when mya mod gets in touch n tells her to giv me a txt…iv still nt had a reply from her n I txt 2 days ago… I gt my op tmoro n if anythin ruins it ill b extremely annoyed!!

I completely know where u are coming from, once u have paid and have been done its extremely difficult to get hold of the person u need to speak to at mya and to get anyoine to call back, even when you are assured a hundred times that someone will return the call! This is very frustrating and doesnt instil much faith in people who have put their faith in mya. I need my pip implants replacin but feel like im not getting very far in sorting this. Hope everything gets sorted for you hun xx

Well girlies top this! I was texting my PC for weeks about info and when I would recieve stuff just to be told she had left! makes u so angry. But I cannot fault my surgeon Dr. Kingdon and the nurses they were so lovely. However organisation in the offices are awful :(n
