Don’t worry honey,when you think of how many people are actually using MYA,an odd post here and there is really nothing to worry about,they would not provide this forum for us to air our concerns,and gain feedback,if they were not a good company,it would be suicide. What ever happens they do manage to make sure if something does go wrong,regardless of why, they try their best to correct it for you,from the posts I have read over the last 8 months. As for the receipts, just as we have a break from work during the holiday season,Im sure staff that handle payments will have booked time off too,MYA is a huge company,I am sure you will receive your receipt for payment as soon as the staff are back in work honey try not to worry.xx
