Unsupportive friends…

So meeting the surgeon on friday, soo excited! I just want to book it the op already! Ive been addicted to the forum since i heard of it. But some of my friends aren’t so supportive.. hmmm Any advice girls?

I am in the same boat!!! one of my closest friends was very opinionated on this! she told me i should put the money towards a mortgage and get out of where i am!! off all things to spend money on… blablabla how people who do this are Vain!!!

I sat there kinda speechless. i am not VAIN.. i am far from being vain.. i am not a confident person, i wear a t-shirt in bed with my bf as i hate my boobs so much i hate him seeing me… all my bras are triple gel bras and i hate them!!

i wished i had friends like the girls on here!! she made me feel that i shouldn’t go ahead with it!!

my BF is so supportive of this whole process as it will make me happy and if i am he is and i told him what my mate said and he told me to ignore her.. she is only jealous.!!

so i say ignore them.. do what makes you happy hun xxx and if this is wht makes u happy then go for it xxx …. they will come around in the end if they are good friends x

yeh im the same wearing the triple gel bras from la senza. i hate it im so unhappy with my body, my best friend is really supportive think shes kinda more excited than me at times ha! But like your bf said they are probz just jealous. they said the same thing about me spending the money on something worth it! and one of my friends said i needed my head tested, i was so shocked n since then we havent really spoke.. Hey hun – I have had many comments saying spend the money on my son, pay off some of my mortgage, have a holiday…. why do i want to spend it on something for me.

I have no diplomacy girls at all – and simply told them all, its my money, i earn it, I’ll decide where I sepnd it and if they dont like it fuckoff, and dont come asking if you can feel them or look at them!!!!!! My son wants for nothing…. we are having a hol and everyone i know has a mortgage.

My hubby is behind me 100% band thats all that matters to me!!!!

People always have opinions before hand but you bet if you had them done and then showed them they’d be complementary!!

Its like seeing a dress in a shop that you like and your friend slating it, but if they knew you’d already bought it they’d be like “ooh its lovely”.

Do it for you. If they cant see your point of view and be supportive then dont show them when they’re done because you know they will ask to see!!! xxx

I only told people who were close friends and luckily they were all really supportive, few wud like a boob job so ive found out lol but to everyone else i know i cudnt giv a toss. u know wot people are like gossping and being nosey spesh on fbook so ive found out trying to find out what was going on with me, made it clear to everyone if i havent told them its coz i didnt want them to know (not what i wud call a good friend in order to know my business) haha xx

Goerdie91,The friends that don’t support you are not really your friends,and although they will never admit it,they are not having a BA themselves for a few reasons,1.they love what they have already they dont need one.2.They havent got the gutts to admit they need one or go ahead with it,3.They cant afford it.4 they are just jealous,get rid, you have all the support you need with the genuine girls right here,xxxxxxx And the false friends will hate you even more when you have your new boobies,but you will have so much confidence you wont care,ahahahaha.x

I always said to myself if I have the money I would do it. I have never been happy with my breasts and this is the one thing that will give me more confidence. You have got to do whatever makes you happy. I am sure your friends will come round once they see how happy it has made you. Go for it!! xx

I’ve had the same with my friends one admitted that she wouldn’t go out with me once I have had it done because she would be jealous!! All I can say is at the least we have the guts to admit we are not happy with what we have got and the balls to do something about it!! I can’t wait for my BA am so excited!!! xxxx

A few of my friends were quite bitchy about it actually like saying I will have to loose weight afterwards even though I’m a size 8! And stuff like the kind of clothes I wear won’t like right on me if I’ve got boobs! I think its because my friends are all really pretty and that lol but the only thing I don’t have that they do is boobs! And now they no I’m guna get some they are a bit jel I think haha! Girls are girls though and your friends are probs just worried but its for you and no one else! Xx
