unsure what size support/ sport bra to get

im having a ba on 22 july im having 410 im a 32b the nurse said i should buy a 34d dd and e but when i spoke to my pc she said to buy a 36d and e ,when i met my surgeon he asked what size i wanted to be and i said d/dd but he didnt say what size i wud be any suggestions please xx

Hey rosie, I was the same before size and had 410’s, i brought a 34d, 34dd and a macom with a 32 back. the macom is really good as it holds you really tight and the 34dd fits me nicely. xx
