    Hi Ladies

Have Mr Traynor in September. I’ve been offered 2 upgrades, either responsive or soft touch. Ive been told the responsive are a softer implant and that the soft touch have a harder filled gel which prevents rippling.

Im confused? Does this mean if I don’t pay the extra for soft touch theres a chance they could ripple?

Anyone had these or can anyone help me out?

    Thanks Ladies xxx

Hi Tracy, there is always a chance of rippling even with the soft touch and responsive, but with these two the risks of rippling and other risks are reduced. I am having soft touch.x

I had soft touch they are still squidgy but are cohesive so when you pick the implant up i doesn’t change shape. I also had anatomicals though so wanted to keep this sloped look. [if I didn’t go for anatomicals i’d have responsives]

Responsives are less cohesive-i.e more movement inside the outer shell and if you pick them up from a point the gel moves down slightly- can give a more natural look without anatomicals [but not much to be honest]so much better than CUI’s which is the standard range.

    responsive’s are approx 300 more

Soft touch [actually harder] are 500 more

    anatomocals extra 500

I chose the most expensive adding 1k to standard cui’s but I had no breasts so needed anatomicals really, and I liked the feel of soft touch but everyone is different.

At your surgeon consult ask to see all implant ranges [maybe write down all the ones you have heard of] and have a squeeze and you’ll know which one is best.xx

i’m having 325 responsives, £350 more.. i was told they are better quality and have a lifetime guarantee unlike the cui’s xx

anatomicals are tear drop shape basically 5cc off the amount of rounds’s I had 255cc instead of 260 so they are fuller at the bottom to resemble a natural boob – good if your all ribs and nips like I was – used to be used in reconstructive surgery after masectomy’s.

not really a need for them unless your super skinny or have no breast tissue.

I would pay for the best though as they live inside you for a while lol so responsives are better than regular if you can afford it, soft touch [gel so don’t leak – you can cut them in half like a gummy bear]are great if you want a firmer boob or just like the feel. xx

hi Tracy, we’ve chatted a lot in private messages on here. When i had my initial consultation with Mr Adamo in June 2009 I was only offered MYA’s standard implant which is the CUI which he said were very good implants. I didn’t realise at the time, that they did different grades of implants. Anyway i had the CUI’s in August 2009 and have had no problems at all, and they are nice and squishy. You get a 10 year guarantee i think it is. Lots of girls have CUI implants, and very happy with them, but on the other hand £300 extra for responsives isn’t much more on top when you’re paying £4000 Good luck hunni, Tammy x
