Upgrading implants

Does anyone know what the standard implants are and how long their guarantee is for? And how much it costs to upgrade to the inspira implants? What’s the difference between them? I am now starting to think about changing them but need to be quick as op is in less than 3 weeks and they will have to be ordered I assume if I decide to upgrade

The standard implants are cui. The inspira come in responsives and soft touch and are £302 and £461 extra. They are supposed to reduce the risk of capsular contracture and rupturing. I spoke to my surgeon about soft touch because I was worried about rippling but was told they’d make no difference. Each surgeon is different and has different opinions so speak to yours x

Also the cui’s have a 10 year guarantee but the inspiras have a lifetime guarantee x

My surgeon told me if he was operating on a family member thats wot he’s use,they r the best on the market..worth the extra 400 I think xx

Im going for the soft touch because of less chance of rippling, capsular contraction and lifetime guarantee. Also what is a few hundred quid to cover the next 15 or so years….money well spent in my eyes.

Yes but unless you discussed them with your surgeon already, you will have to see him again because the sizes are different x
