Uplift advice please

Ok so I’m after some advice for an American friend she has saggy breasts went up to an F when breast feeding and her uplift would involve a scar down under the breast and across is this the only way to do an uplift she doesn’t want the scar, I’m guessing it’s a reduction and implant scenario?
