Uplift and implants should I push to go bigger???

Hi ladies I’ve just had my surgeon consultation with Helena for an uplift and implants and shes said she won’t put in any bigger than about 450 overs! I’m 5’6″ and size 12 and an empty 36c after my daughter and she said it’ll take me to about a good size E! When I tried on the bra with the implants in it just didn’t look big enough. Should I push for a bigger size? I appreciate any opinions or experiences before I book xxx

I only had 265cc with uplift n I’m a G. They will be huge!! Xx

Helena told me she would never do bigger than 410 with an uplift, she point blank refused with me, I was a size 14 n empty 36dd. I had 380s n a g cup xxx

I had 470 unders with uplift and that was absolute max mario wud go cos when its a lift bigger implants put strain in he scarring and also the results of the uplift wont last as long due to the weight. Im a 36 d/dd xx

Thanks ladies I feel a bit better now I just want to make sure I get a noticable size if i’m going to spend this sort of money…i’m not keen on being too subtle 😆 Is it ok if I add you to get an idea of size (although I know eveyone will be different) i’m getting excited now xxx

im having an uplift and got told i could have 410 .. bigger implants are heavier so the uplift wouldnt last long with much bigger implants. im currently a 32 e and having 410 overs high profile with a full anchor lift with mr adamo on 9th may. they wont even give me an estimate of what size i should expect to be after surgery !!! so annoying

Has/was anyone told how long their uplift would last with implants before another lift would be needed or will the lift last if the correct bra is worn day and night? X

I’ve no idea, mine have sagged loads, I’m 6months po, and my surgeon has agreed to do mine again. All i know is The heavier the Implant the quicker you’ll need them ‘re-done. Xxx

Amanda.s what profile did you have? Stupid question but would an extra high help me? Or am I just being thick lol x

It doesn’t matter wat profile the implant still weighs the same. I had low just because i wanted to look pretty natural. High will jus project more & b more rounded xxx

I never realised picking a set of boobs would be so difficult lol xxx
