uplift & enlargement?

Hi all, just wondering if anybody on here pre-op or post-op has had/having an uplift at the same time as an enlargement? I’ve been told this is what I need and at the age of 21 (having had no children) I’m feeling a little upset, would be grateful for some reassurance 🙁
