Uplift & implant with Helena

Got meeting with Helena on Wednesday, ive heard she’s really good, anyone got any before n after pics, not sure what size to go for i’m 36d in a bra at the mo size 12 and 5ft3 x

Hey, I had Helena and I’m so pleased with my results. I wanted natural and not too big. I only had implants, no uplift, but feel free to add me if you wanna see my before and after pics. They’ve taken awhile to settle but they’ve finally evened out now at about 5-6 weeks post op x

hey hun i had procedure 10 wks ago with helena and thought as shes a woman shed be great and had heard great things about her but i hate my boobs they r a worse shape now than before and helena has no bedside manner whatsoever. she seemd a lovely woman when i spoke to her and no doubt she is but there r many things she shudve told me before my op which she didnt . i now have one rock hard painful implant and mya themselves have been great trying to help but noone can give me a definate answer as to why its like that i just keep getting told to wait. the implants i had were 470 and 505 overs to even out the size of my breasts but now the one which was smaller is much bigger. MYA r trying or rather were but now ive had no contact in 5 wks. have an appt with head surgeon mid august but all he says is theyre aesthetically fine from a surgeons point of view . WHAT ABOUT MINE????? Anyway enough ranting Helena was lovely but there r things i asked for specifically beforehand like a cleavage and shape change which she said shed give me and i have neither, the other surgeon ive seen says there was no way i was gonna get these and had i been told i probs wudnt have had the op. anyway everyone is different make your own minds up ladies by for now and i will upload new pics this week x

Hi Mandy, I feel fine now thanks – feel totally back to normal! You will experience pain – you’ve had your boobs cut open and a foreign object shoved up there lol. But they give you strong painkillers which help so for me it was just very achey for about a week. Everyone reacts so differently though so you should be prepared to feel pretty shit for awhile. I’ll accept you now

Personally I found Helena a bit cold, but I wasn’t really bothered – I’d heard great reviews about her and that’s all I was bothered about. But from everyone saying how lovely she is I was expecting that when I met her. She was just very quick and to the point x

Hi,

I had 410 & 380 implants and a nipple lift to the right boob last Monday with Helena. Initally I found Helena a bit cold & straight to the point but on the day of my op when she came to draw on me she was great and really put me at ease. She also popped in and saw me after my op and told me ‘they look great’. On Wednesday my right nipple starting bleeding so I rang the nurses (who were great) and they saw me straight away. The nurse re dressed it and advised it should be fine but to ring up if it started again, as I got home it was bleeding quite badly so I rang the nurse again and she advised I should see Helena. Helena saw me straight away, worked her magic and it has been fine since. Personally I find Helena a perfectionist and would definitely recommend her.

I’m having Helena on the 10th of Aug 4 implants. I heard Lots of good things about her off my friend who works 4 MYA & also blondie30, claire1985 & jo. And all there pics look great! I did my self find her straight 2 the point, but like claire said didn’t mind because heard her work is very good.

Sorry 2 hear u have had a bad experience hmason 90 that’s awfull chin up & hope everything is ok.

Just had my meeting with Helena, she was absolutely fabulous, so reassuring, i’m having 320cc overs lollipop procedure with disolvable stitches,(even better),i thought the smaller ones at first but she recommended the bigger ones to give me more fullness at the top of my breasts, yay, got pre-op monday then big day 22 August, cant wait just want it to get here as quick as now !!!!!!!

I have a ba and uplift booked for 2nd September with Helena. She was really helpful and friendly on the consultation and seemed to have excellent knowledge on all the questions that I had. Anyone who has had the procedure with (or without) Helena who has any advice or pictures for me to see the results would be really appreciated.
