uplift or implants?!

Hiya, only just started researching about boob jobs so need some advise! I’m 18, but lost about 3 stone when i was 16 (was a very chubby kid!!) im now 10st, 5’5 and size 12. Where i lost weight, my boobs lost their fullness and have sagged, looking at the makes me feel horrible! also, my nipples point downwards. Before i lost weight i was about 36FF and now im 34dd.

I’d quite like my boobs to be bigger again and i was wondering as they’ve sagged a bit, would i need to have an uplift?! or can you combine an uplift with implants?

Hi hun…i had an uplift and implants almost 5 weeks ago – my boobs had shrunk to nothing due to having 2 kids…your surgeon will tell you if you need an uplift or just implants although i’v heard a few girls have had a large implant to avoid a lift only to need the uplift a few years down the line xx

l had a uplift with implants like Jo after having 1 child. Think your nipple has to be 21cm from your collar bone mine was about 22.5 and 23 on the other. Is this correct Jo?? xx

Ive heard good comments about Mr Kazzazi giving what appears like an uplift without actually doing an uplift…that he can somehow get the results of a minor uplift just with implants….he might be a possible surgeon for you hun x

I wouldn’t get a implant in saggy boobs, I was offered that but refused it. I personally don’t wanmna be paying for a uplift in the nxt year or so, cos they look like snooker balls in socks!!! I’m in tomorrow for uplift with implants. I’m 24yrs old, size 10, 5ft 5. I gained 5dt 5lbs when I was pregnant, took me 2 and a half year to loose it! Xx

Agree with you Melissa87, l had a consultation with Transform 1st they said l would be ok for just a enlargement but hey when ur spending money you dont really want it to look silly and then in a few years have a uplift anyway.

Gemmalouise dont be put off by uplift l am 9 days post op had not much discomfort l know everyone is different but been feeling good. xx

Yeah vicky, I think it’s something along them lines although I didn’t find out these calculations till after my op! I always knew an uplift was my only option though xx

Thanks everyone, going to book a consultation in the next few weeks and will go from there! Not too keen about having an uplift so young but will just have to see what is said xx

I’m only 24 Hun, just turn that 2 weeks ago. I’d rather have the uplift m Theravada then paying another 5k in a years time. Keep us posted on how you get on Hun. Xx
