uplift or large implants ???

been offred an uplift or 505cc MLP implants bit worried though as been advised they could sag again in 5yrs time … not sure what to do defo dare not have uplift and its too pricy , so its a case of big boobs that might sag or no boo :0( xxx gutted xx
