well i did this test on myself it sounds daft but gives you an idea.
Get a pen or pencil and place it under the crease of the brest if your nipples fall below the pen or pencil you will probably need an uplift. i did it and it said i did not need one and my surgeon then confirmed that i did not need one either which was great because i thought i did. xx
