Uplift too or just implant?

I went for my initial consultation yesterday and now I’m super excited and need to arrange seeing a surgeon. I was told that if your nipples aren’t facing down you would probably not need an uplift too. Mine face forwards but boobs are quite saggy so unsure if implant only would lift them too? I want to go with Dr Russo and I’ve heard he’s great, but I’m really impatient so any views you girls have would be appreciated! x

Hey Hun I saw mr c and was offered a large implant of uplift and smaller implant and with Mario he would only do it with an uplift. My nipples don’t face downwards but my boobs do sag due to a lot of weight loss! Have you booked in to see Russo yet? Xx
