UPLIFT v UPLIFT & IMPLANTS….

Well…after my tummy tuck and seeing the fab results, I’m now looking into the above..I may be slightly addicted now!!

When I had my initial consultation with my surgeon she advised that she didn’t put implants in at same time as doing an uplift because the implant would cause the breast to drop. I know from on here that other surgeons are different and many have had both at the same time.

I have considered just having uplift and not implants too (even at later stage) because I don’t want big boobs just a nicer shape..but implants may give me an even better shape so leaving options open at the mo.

I dont want to go through two ops on my breasts so could anyone who has had both let me know what they think about the sagging and what they were advised please by their surgeon?

And also – drains are a big issue for me – are there any surgeons who dont use them?

I had implants and a moderate lift.

Breasts will sag…no matter what over time…even with implants. Gravity still pulls down and you have extra weight added there.

That is what Mr Traynor told me…or something along those lines and i was still more than happy to go ahead and my boobs look fabulous!

Thank you isn’t it strange how all surgeons are different. How long was your recovery? And what is a moderate lift? I know I need a full uplift from my first consult xx

I think its kind of inevitable that they will sag…but not to the extent of natural boobs thank god haha! it probably wont even be anything major if they do

I’m still in recovery I’m only 5 days PO. Moderate is…well he just removed some skin from underneath….I think that’s what he said…my brain is fried from all these painkillers and such haha x
