uplift with overs or unders… which is best? Started by: xscarletx

    Hi :o) im due to have uplift with 350 overs in august but am starting to wonder if id be better off with unders, as id imagine they wouldnt sag as easily being supported by the muscle. Im already an e cup so not bothered bout bein much bigger just want a perky pair lol x

    Well my surgeon (helena) said overs as i already have a lot of breast tissue. But worried il end up with huge saggy boobs lol. Who did ur op? X

    Lol, I had Helena too :) I thought I would be offered overs as I though I’d have loads of breast tissue cos my boobs were so saggy before xx

    Yes i think so – was getting paranoid that they were sagging a bit after looking at my 7 week pics but i think its because they have dropped and settled and look loads more natural! Have a look at my pics and see what you think hun!

    I’m really happy with my scars – they have healed brilliantly, i never thought they would heal as well as this x

    Overs or unders, it doesn’t matter and it’s down to tissue and surgeon’s preference. I had uplift and overs because that’s what Mr Traynor likes to do if there is enough room. He said that he thinks overs drop more naturally as the implant moves with the skin. But unders stay where they are and the skin of the breast will still sag but you might end up being able to see the projection at the top of the breast.

    But, I’m no surgeon and it’s them who know best.
