Uplift- with replacement implants or no implants ??

Hi I’m looking for advice from anyone who has been in same situation, I have implants in from 2011 one of them has ruptured and it’s just time for them to come out. I met a surgeon this week and we spoke over options, he suggested removal, new implants in and an uplift but I can’t help shake the feeling that I’m not sure I want other implants back in, I feel like I’m over them and it would feel so good not to have them in my body. But I’m worried I’f I get them out and just have an uplift I’d hate the look of them and lack of shape. Decisions decisions….
