Uplift without implants…any advice?

Hiya,

I’m going for my initial consultation tomorrow about having an uplift but I don’t want implants. Does anyone have experience of this and if so, how was the surgery? Were you happy with the results? If anyone has post-surgery pics to give me an idea of what to expect, that would be good.

Would it be OK to see your pics. I’m considering uplift with implants but only because they told me they end up much smaller and I don’t really want to go smaller. Just same cup size, but rounder and fuller. Mine just feel empty, and saggy!! xx
