upload pics

how do u upload them from laptop it keeps saying they are too big!!!!!!! i can do it from bb but this is doing head in HELP x x x

I had this problem before, you need to “re-size” them to make them smaller.

On my laptop you need to clck “open” icon at the top & then go to “paint” & “re-size” to ammend picture dimensions.. Yours maybe differnt tough.. you need to look it up on your Windows help menu.. Hope it makes sense.. x

Yh go in paint and click on image on toolbar and it will say resize/skew click on tht n change the dimensions from 100 t 50% n click save as n use tht image to upload xx
