I just dont think it has given me the results I wanted, Dominiques 9 days post op is already far better than my 7 weeks

So am looking into normal lipo

But need to lose about 2 stone so my BMI is right seems like I just keep goog round in cirlces. My body doenst work with diets and exercise, I lose about 5lbs then thats it and im only 21 yet I dont have the confidence I should. I just want a nice body and I dont understand why its so hard

try joining a weight loss group hun with weekly weigh ins for motivation and that way you have to stick to the diets & exercises because youll be weighed infront of a group of people so its added pressure xox

hey Ally I was thinking about it but I dont have the money really to pay for a slimming group

I want a re-op from my lser lipo but it would be finding the time off work to go in and get it done again

but may save up a little and try for a slimming group
