hey hum thanx 4 add.. mine wer quite similar 2 urz & i had uplift & enlargement. id def say ul get a better outcome. if uhave big implants will jus drag them down more, im so glad i had an uplift. hope this helps xxx

See what surgeon says there very honest n will say whats best for u. what size do u want to be hun? U might get away with bigger implant, my mum thought they would say i might need an uplift but saw 2 surgeons and they didnt mention an uplift mines just where there so empty i suppose some people would think there saggy but mr c said my nipples are in the right place and just need to fill up the empty skin thats there x

thanks when I went in i said Id like them to be fuller and he said well there not going to be like when your 18 without having a lift….. just so lost x
